DIE
SPRINGS
Die Springs have a higher force capacity, being manufactured in rectangular or square section wires, they are used to reduce the solid height or increase the efficiency of space in the design. Its most common applications are in: Matrices for dies or mechanisms where greater strength is required in less space. In the figure you can see the different colors of springs according to their loads.
They are classified in different loads:
- Light load (green color)
- Medium load (blue color)
- Heavy load (red color)
- Extra heavy load (yellow color)
